Are you interested in becoming a better football player and being able to run faster, turn quicker, and last longer in a game? Then the soon to launch football fitness bootcamp is perfect for you.

It is specifically designed to help improve the way you move on the football pitch. This includes improving how fast you run, how quick you can turn and move, and how long you can keep playing for, at a higher standard.

This gives you the edge to beat opponents and competition when playing and progressing your career as a football player!

The football fitness bootcamp is a 45min group session designed to enable more players to train at one time. It is focused around improving the different types of movement that are important to football performance including sprinting and agility. Done in the right way this also helps to improve endurance and the ability to repeatedly perform to a higher level for longer.

Football is a sport that requires high levels of fitness, even at the grassroots level. The ability to run fast, repeatedly, up to 90 minutes (not including extra time!).

This means that having a higher level of fitness than the competition and opponents is key to improving, winning, and progressing higher and further in the game!

Right now the bootcamp is limited to 10 players per session and spaces will be made available in order of registering.
