the national statistics at their age level
the national statistics at all levels of the game (up to academy level)
This enables you to get a clear picture of how fit and how well your young player performs, what their strengths and weaknesses are and where they can improve.
This isn’t about labels, this is about helping young footballers get clear information and understanding about themselves and helping them to grow and develop as footballers.
The Player Performance Assessment is here to test young footballers on their speed, agility, strength and endurance and see how fit they are, where they can best improve and how they compare to those around them and at higher levels (like academies).
Why?
For many young footballers, football is about fun and enjoyment but every young player feels that spark of what it could be like to go all the way and become a professional player. Being physically fit is a key component of being a footballer because if you can’t keep up physically with the pace of the game you get left behind.
The Player Performance Assessment is here not to label any one but to provide the knowledge and understanding to parents and children to get the best out of their playing and football.
And bragging rights are better when you can back it up with numbers.
